What we collect
When you play our games: information about your device and the game, including a random ID the game creates, gameplay events, crash reports, your TV’s advertising ID and your IP address, from which we and our ad partners derive your approximate location (country). When you visit this website: standard server logs and, through Google Analytics cookies, the pages you view, your device and your approximate location. In Europe we set these cookies only if you accept them. When you email us: your email address and message. The games can’t work without this information.
Why
To run and improve our games and this website, fix errors, show the ads that keep our games free, and keep our services secure. We rely on our legitimate interest in providing free games, and on your consent where the law requires it. You can withdraw consent at any time in your TV’s advertising settings.
Who receives it
Service providers that host and deliver our games, report errors and count website visits, and our advertising partners. Some are outside the EU. In that case we use the safeguards the law provides, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Ask us for a copy.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for these purposes. Then we delete it. Your progress, settings and the random ID stay on your TV until you clear the game’s data or uninstall it.
Security
We send all information encrypted (HTTPS) and limit who can access it.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you, correct or delete your information, to restrict or stop using it, or to transfer it, by writing to info@klebo.io. You can also complain to a data protection authority. To change your cookie choice, use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of this website. To limit ad tracking, use your TV’s advertising settings. If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you can opt out of the sharing of your information for targeted advertising in those settings or by writing to us.
Children
Our games are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
